Dear Ani,

I rarely visited blogs around this session, but yours drew my attention. I like it very much. The layout and sidebars are very well done. I must say that you seem to be an experienced blogger.
Thanks a lot for your nice and whole-hearted postings. It is a great pleasure to read about you here. You've been doing really GREAT!

Your students might be very lucky!

Hoping to read from you more again soon.

Hello, I dropped by to see your blog because I also teach pre- and elementary school students. They are so much fun! I look forward to sharing more ideas and stories.

I, too, love your header. And I love your story about your grandmother. You are lucky to have such a wonderful memory. Our grandparents live in another country, so I think about things like that alot: making memories during the short time we are together and keeping communication going when we are apart.

You must live in a city with lots of public transportation. Or do you walk everywhere? Ride a bike? I LOVE yoga, but like the meditation part best of all. In Japan, where we must hide our real feelings a lot, it feels like time to get connected with the inner me.

I am sure that all the hard work you are doing is bringing you closer to your dream of full-time teaching.

Nice to learn more about you,
Alison Miyake <a href="http://unschoolingteacher.blogspot.com" rel="nofollow">
(Come and visit my blog, too when you have time!)</a>

Dear Ani,
I also thought the story about you taking walks with your grandmother was touching. What a beautiful memory to share with us.

I also enjoy doing yoga, and like Cris, I prefer power yoga! What kind of yoga do you like? Looking forward to reading more from you!

Hugs,
Mary

Dear Ani,

Great post. Very truthful and touching. What beautiful moments you must have had with your gradma. Take them as blessings because I never had a grandmother, both of them died way before I was born.
Anyway, if you don't like driving, and you don't have to... well... then you don't need to, right?
Hugs,

Dear Ani,

this is great. I also have great memories about my grandfather, who lived with us. It was great fun to be around him. If he was still alive I think I would offer him a blog now. He was a great story teller.
I also like power yoga - not very much into the mediation bit, so I do Ashtanga Yoga! :-)

See, we have loads in common! :D

Dear Ani,

Great that you joined us and I could learn a little more about you! Thanks for sharing. I loved the part of your grandma. Just like you, both of my grandmas were a huge inspiration to me, and certainly they have influenced the person I am today.

I hope one day you can make a living only by doing what you're inspired to do, educating.

Dear Ani,

I loved reading your list. On the whole, I was a secretary for almost nine years and during the last year and a half I actually had both jobs untill I was finally able to work as a teacher full time. I know it is not easy to juggle both things but I'm sure you'll soon be able to devote all your time to your classes.

I'd like to share an inspiring video I've used with my classes:
<a href="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=D1R-jKKp3NA&eurl=http://6thteen.blogspot.com/2007_07_01_archive.html" rel="nofollow">Steve Jobs Commencement speech at Standford University in 2005</a>

Steve Jobs said: "You've got to find what you love. Don't settle"
Since you've already found what you love, I can only say: "Don't settle"

Big hugs from Argentina,
Carla R.
